La plataforma logística de Albuixech obtiene el Certificado 'BREEAM Excellent'

Inurbana company specialising in logistics development, has been awarded the environmental certification BREEAM® 'Excellent' for the logistics platform located in the Polígono Mediterráneo de Albuixech (Valencia), recently purchased by Talus Real Estate. This achievement reflects Inurban and Talus' commitment to sustainability and efficiency in the logistics field.

The certification process has been entirely managed by Zero Consulting, The company, a consultancy specialising in environmental sustainability, has carried out an exhaustive monitoring of the construction of the logistics centre, ensuring that it complied with the rigorous environmental standards established by BREEAM.

The Albuixech logistics platform, with a surface area of 44,589 m² built in 5 modules on a 65,000 m² plot, stands out for its roof deck, executed by the Tenepa Group company, Lymsa. This state-of-the-art logistics centre is equipped with 75 loading bays, a TIR door, a ramp and a tailgate for each module and 3 side gates in modules 1 and 5, providing an efficient infrastructure for logistics operations.

Among its sustainability features, the Platform has LED lighting throughout the warehouse, a photovoltaic installation for self-consumption and chargers for electric vehicles, contributing to a 100% energy improvement thanks to photovoltaic production and obtaining an "A" energy rating. It is worth noting that the logistics centre has also obtained the certification of Net Zero Emissions, confirming its carbon neutral status.

After completing the construction phase and carrying out the commissioning of all the facilities, the Albuixech logistics platform is ready to operate as a leading logistics centre in sustainability, marking an important milestone in the logistics panorama of the Valencian Community.
